The human nose is relatively simple. One can easily break it down into shape and form. Even using a simple triangle can be an easy layout. But here I wanted to show various angles and patterns one can use to draw. The key for drawing noses, especially in character design and anime style is to keep the nose simple. Adding to much detail will generally make the nose older, if not uglier looking.
But as you can see the nose can be easily broken into a wedge form. Odd shaped boxed and triangles mostly make up its base geometric form and can be easily smoothed out and simplified to come out rather nicely.
simple, simple, try to make one for a 3D mesh once XD (well, it's not that hard with practice like everything and not as terrible as ears) your study series is really great, the drawings are fine and it's nice to see a same element in so many different angles

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
